This was an unusual enquiry from one of our clients. A brand new Student accommodation had been built in London and a beautiful limed oak floor had been installed throughout the building. The only issue was that you could hear footsteps at all times of day and night so we put forward the idea of a nice carpet runner in all the corridors so you could still see the lovely wood floor at the same time as toning down the noise.
