Bourne, Grosvenor Street, London

This project saw Selby team up again with our long-term partners Bourne office space to assist them with this stunning refurbishment at 58 Grosvenor Street. The team worked on all areas of the multiple-story serviced office including offices, corridors, kitchen/breakout areas, and the entire staircase. Amtico Basket Weave in the colour brushed oak was installed throughout the corridors to result in an amazing finish. One of Selby’s all-time favourite Milliken Unexpected Purpose and Milliken Nordic Stories, Tectonic carpet tiles were installed on the 1st floor and all remaining areas. The transformation of the grand staircase was the client’s favourite feature, Sisal Boucle carpet was installed on the stairs in a form of a runner as well as wall-to-wall from the ground to the basement level. The staircase was finished off with CAT Antique Bronzer stair rods and nosings to result in a high-end finish. Another great project that the Selby team is very proud of!
