Ian WinsleyOwner and Managing DirectorIan took over Selby in 2007 from his Father Barry. Ian is passionate about customer service and creating a great team to achieve the goals of the company. |
Brian HandmanChief Operating OfficerBrian joined the team in 2015 and outperformed his colleagues year on year with his honest, friendly and fun manner. He is now a key part of the Senior Management Team. |
Elly DavisHead of FinanceElly joined Selby at the beginning of 2022 as part of the Senior Management Team to oversee the Finance function within the company. Elly brings a wealth of knowledge having spent the best part of 18 years, both in the UK and abroad, in the Finance sector. Her analytical brain loves a challenge! |
Ryan WhelanHead of SalesRyan joined in 2018 from a Flooring Distributor background and hit the ground running. He loves ensuring clients get A-class treatment and love his football & boxing. |
Jason GroomHead of OperationsJay joined in 2020 with 35 years experience in the flooring industry from fitting to contract management. He also owns & rides classic scooters. |
Francesca Redican-ClarkeHead of MarketingFrancesca joined in 2021 & is in charge of all things marketing. Her passion and knowledge helps to support the sales team with existing and new leads. |
Peter BrookAccount ManagerPeter joined in 2020 with over 18 years experience in the flooring industry, in particular contract/project & account management. He is a keen golfer, when not ferrying his son to & from football. |
George WaltersAccount ManagerGeorge joined in 2021 and has developed a great reputation within the industry in particular brand development and luxury brand awareness. He always ensures customer satisfaction is maximised on every project. |
Mike FitzgeraldMain Contractor Sales ExecutiveExperienced Sales & Estimating Manager, with a demonstrated history of Increasing sales, Estimating, planning and project management within the commercial flooring, furnishings and bed industry. Skilled in negotiation, preparation of tender documents, quotations, business planning, coaching and sales. With an excellent knowledge of all commercial flooring Mike is a key part of the Selby team. |
Harry HoneywoodOperations ManagerHarry joined in 2020 and has a background in push fit out and construction installation. He started in the flooring industry in the early 2000’s as a labourer working for his Father. |
Craig BurgessOperations ManagerCraig previously worked as a contracts manager serving the commercial and domestic markets including insurance claims. He has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Loves football and is a West Ham fan. |
Jay RahmanWarehouse and Logistic ManagerJay joined in 2017 and started as a labourer to then be promoted to warehouse driver |
Linda O’SullivanOffice ManagerLinda joined the company in 2009 and is integral to the oil in the machine. Lovely Linda has a bubbly nature and is the Mum of the office keeping everyone in line. |
