Ian took over Selby in 2007 from his Father Barry. Ian is passionate about customer service and creating a great team to achieve the goals of the company.

Ryan joined in 2018 from a Flooring Distributor background and hit the ground running. He loves ensuring clients get A-class treatment and love his football & boxing.
Jason Groom
Head of Operations
Jay joined in 2020 with 35 years experience in the flooring industry from fitting to contract management. He also owns & rides classic scooters.
