We go above and beyond to transform any space by providing the best customer service and communication. A dedicated Operations Manager is allocated per job to make sure every customer is supported through each step, from design to installation.

Ian Winsley
Owner & Managing Director
Ian took over Selby in 2007 from his Father Barry. Ian is passionate about customer service and creating a great team to achieve the goals of the company.
Elly Davis
Head of Finance
Elly joined Selby at the beginning of 2022 as part of the Senior Management Team to oversee the Finance function within the company. Elly brings a wealth of knowledge having spent the best part of 18 years, both in the UK and abroad, in the Finance sector. Her analytical brain loves a challenge!
Ryan Whelan
Head of Sales
Ryan joined in 2018 from a Flooring Distributor background and hit the ground running. He loves ensuring clients get A-class treatment and love his football & boxing.
Jason Groom
Head of Operations
Jay joined in 2020 with 35 years experience in the flooring industry from fitting to contract management. He also owns & rides classic scooters.
