This project was a Selby favourite as sometimes we know the original brief we get for the project just isn’t right for the client or the building and if there
is one thing we hate its to see our clients wasting money on a plan that will not work. The client did want to re-carpet these lovely 30 metre long corridors in broadloom carpet but did not realise firstly how much wastage there would be and second how many joins there would be in the carpet that would massively limit its lifespan and ability to be maintained. With that in mind, we specified Milliken colour compositions planks with each floor having a different accent colour. They look fantastic, have a 12 year wear warranty, will be easy to replace if any get damaged or stained and there was virtually no wastage whatsoever. On top of that, the client has Selby’s standard 3-year installation warranty. We think this project was a massive success.
