Techo, Shoreditch

This project saw Selby Partner our friends from Techo in Leeds on this stunning refurb of an open plan office building in Shoreditch. The client wanted an oak floor but was very worried about the acoustic levels in the offices. We proposed an acoustic underlay under the V4 wood floor that really made a big difference in the acoustic performance of the floor and as you can see the finish was fantastic.
